OM Sakthi Matriculation School was founded in the year 1993 under the Parvathiammal Trust, established to address the growing educational needs of the people of Nadupatty and surrounding villages in the Karur district, where access to quality schooling was limited. The school has since grown into a reputed institution recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu. From the last academic year, the school has proudly joined the Don Bosco Excellence Institutions group — marking a new chapter of growth, collaboration, and shared excellence across three institutions.
Over more than 30 years, the school has grown from a humble beginning to a thriving institution offering classes from LKG to 10th Standard, recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu under the Matriculation Board. With a dedicated team of experienced faculty and a supportive management, the school has consistently produced students of academic excellence and strong moral character.
Today, OM Sakthi Matriculation School stands as one of the most respected institutions in Karur, with a student strength of over 547 students, a modern fleet of transport vehicles serving surrounding villages, and a faculty committed to making every student's "Today better than Yesterday."
